Justin is the founder and CEO of Northridge Roofing & Exteriors. He has 20 years of experience in the construction industry and 15 years of experience in insurance restoration. He started building custom homes out of high school and then ventured into insurance roofing and restoration working for companies across the country. He started Northridge Roofing & Restoration to bring his knowledge and experience with a passion for customer service to the Mountain West. When he is not working hard to service the community, he is spending time with his wife and kids on the lake or up in the mountains.
Jeff has 20 years of experience in construction and project management. He started his career managing Low Voltage electrical builds on commercial projects like Sam’s Club and Wal-Mart. He has been with Northridge Roofing & Exteriors for the last 5 years managing residential and commercial projects utilizing his experience and knowledge. He has a passion for helping people out.
Chandler is a project manager with 15 years experience in roofing and construction. He helped manage projects for another roofing company throughout Utah before coming to work for Northridge Roofing & Exteriors
Lily is small but mighty and is learning about construction and roofing all the time. She loves to talk to homeowners and help Northridge with getting jobs. She is a huge fan of the Owens Corning Pink Panther and in her spare time she likes to do tumbling, gymnastics, play softball and hang out with her family
