Who we are
Roofing First, Exteriors Second — On Purpose
Northridge was founded by Justin Spinks and is led by a team with roughly two decades of construction experience. The company operates in two very different Utah climates: the snow, ice and freeze-thaw cycles of the Wasatch Front, and the heat, UV and monsoon storms of Southern Utah. Those conditions change what a roof needs, and they change how we scope work.
Every project starts with looking at the roof. We document what is there, explain what we found in plain language, and lay out the options — a targeted repair, a material change, or a full replacement. There is no benefit to selling a replacement to a roof that needs a repair, and no benefit to patching a roof that is past the point of patching.
When storms move through Utah, the same approach applies. Damage is documented honestly, the property owner sees what we see, and the scope reflects the actual condition of the roof.

Two Utah Operations, Two Utah Climates
Northridge runs staffed offices in Sandy and St. George. Northern Utah work is run out of Sandy, and Southern Utah work is run out of St. George. Surrounding communities are served from those two operations — we do not claim an office in a city where we do not have one.
